2．用於陰虛津虧，虛熱不退，可配伍生白薇，麥冬等葯同用。
3．本品有明目及強腰膝作用。如石斛夜光丸，即以石斛配伍菊花，菟絲子、枸杞子、熟地等葯，治視力減退；配伍熟地、枸杞子、牛膝等葯，可治腎陰虧損，腰膝軟弱。
用量用法：6－15克；鮮用15－30克，入湯劑宜先煎。
使用注意：溫熱病不宜早用；濕溫尚未化燥者忌服。
